Koi Description:
This female Showa reminds me of Jackson Pollock’s style of art work, so I named her Jackson Pollock - “She's unfinished”. A Showa with a white base canvas, with a splattered bucket of beni paint poured randomly down its back, and all the while flicking sumi paint with a brush throughout the koi. The Beni boldly pops out on the backdrop of the shiro base, making it the area of interest, the random sumi showing up starts to give the balanced Showa look.
