I acquired this Kohaku from the Purdin Koi Farm, run by Bill and Maureen McCurk in Louisiana, and she has been growing in their ponds for approximately six years. Many will remember Mark Gardner, one of our Koi friends that passed away last year from COVID, and this was his number one Koi on his first visit to the Purdin Koi Farm many years ago as a Tategoi. We recently measured her, and she measured 82 cm, she's a big girl
